STATEMENT
Visual and musical artist.
I am interested in the corporeal aspect of the body and the machine; the materialization of ideas in film, tangible and attainable, and the proximity to the machine used -as a haptic device-, necessary to carry out the task. The symbiosis between technology and the human spirit; emotion and hardware.
The works I've been making are a path to find my way of observing, and the end in itself. Shown as a mirror of my experiences, intuitions and desires, which fluctuate, and need to take shape as an oeuvre, usually through musical or filmic production.

In May 2022 she wins the SONOMAV music competition (Barcelona) with the electronic music duo Basilisque. Starting from this project, her artistic work is intimately intertwined with musical production and performance.
Basilisque is part of the Snap! Clap! Club. label.
Within this framework, she's been working as a DJ in different venues in Madrid (Academia del Cine Español, Matadero Madrid, inKLUB, The Meat Rack) and playing live (Sala Vol, Café la Palma, Cuttoo, Hangar.org...).

STATEMENT
Artista visual y musical.
Me interesa lo corpóreo, en el dispositivo y en la persona; la materialización de las ideas en lo fílmico, tangibles y alcanzables, y la proximidad a la máquina empleada -como dispositivo háptico-, necesaria para llevar a cabo la tarea. La simbiosis entre la tecnología y lo humano; la emoción y el hardware.
Las obras que estoy realizando son un camino hacia mi modo de observar, y el fin en sí mismo. Se muestran como un espejo de mis experiencias, intuiciones y deseos, que fluctúan, y que necesitan tomar cuerpo a través de una obra, usualmente mediante la producción musical o fílmica.

En mayo de 2022 gana el concurso musical SONOMAV (Barcelona) con el dúo de música electrónica Basilisque. A partir de este proyecto, su obra artística se entrelaza íntimamente con la producción y performance musical.
Basilisque forma parte del sello Snap! Clap! Club.
Dentro de este marco, comienza a ejercer como DJ en distintas salas de Madrid (Academia del Cine Español, Matadero Madrid, inKLUB, The Meat Rack) y a tocar en vivo (Sala Vol, Café la Palma, Cuttoo, Hangar.org...)
